Industrial Química Lasem built its new facilities in Castellgalí in 2.003 and its processing units are formed by 6 Esterification Reactors, 4 Treatment Vessels, 4 Soap Treatment and 1 Deodorizer. Since this date the esterification process is automatically done.
The total nominal capacity is 30.000 Tn/year and production is 24h. Concerning storage, 17 unit tanks for raw material (760.000 liters) and 12 unit tanks for finish product (430.000 liters) are available. The warehouse permits a storage of 3.000 pallets and 1.500 (1.110 Tn) pallets in tray. |
